Finnish Award for Angela Cavill

At the Annual General Meeting of the Suomenpystyorvajarjesto in Finland, Angela Cavill, Vice-president of the UK Finnish Spitz Club and a Director of Our Dogs, was elected an Honorary Member, the highest honour that can be accorded by the organisation that consists of 4,300 members.

There are only ten honorary members of SPJ (the maximum allowed is twelve) and the award is only presented to ‘those who have made a significant contribution to the development of the breed’.

Angela is the only non- Finn to have been elected to this very select group dedicated to the National Spitz breeds of Finland.
