Star Dogs on Display

THE RAGE for celebrity dogs - sparked off by former Tatler editor Jane Proctor’s ‘Kenzo’ - shows no signs of abating. All the top celebs boast their own ‘best friend’ nowadays, including former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell. Geri’s pet was obtained by the star from Battersea Dogs’ Home two years ago and is her almost constant companion (next to Robbie Williams!).

Now the public can get up close to their favourite stars’ dogs. Home House will be the venue of an exhibition of portraits, by Cindy Lass, of the canine companions of the famous.

Amongst the canine stars to be featured will be singer Elton John’s strays, Jospeh and Dennis, as well as dogs owned by Uri Geller, Ivana Trump and actress Cate Blanchett.
