Terriers
feared stolen from boarding kennels
FOUR
PEDIGREE terriers are feared to have been stolen after disappearing from
a Suffolk boarding kennels last Sunday.
It
is feared that the dogs were, like so many others in recent months, ‘stolen
to order’ by an organised dog theft crime ring operating across the UK.
The
dogs were a Welsh Terrier bitch, aged nine years, a Welsh Terrier dog
aged two years and a Wire Fox Terrier bitch, aged six, all belonging to
Mrs M Dewyrall of the Altawyre affix, whilst the fourth dog, a Fell Terrier
belonged to Peter and Val Gresty.
The dogs disappeared from Rushmere Boarding Kennels, Blowers Lane, Rushmere,
Suffolk in the early hours of Sunday, December 9th. No other dogs were
taken, the alleged thieves seemingly concentrating solely on the Terriers.
A
reward is offered for the safe return of the dogs. If anyone has any information
which will lead to the safe return of the dogs, please contact PC Durtill
at Lowestoft Police on: 01986 835300 or alternatively contact David Dewyrall
on: 01502 531728.
