Practice walk benefits NCDL
JOHN SAUVAGE of Pierson Stewart & Partners recently presented a cheque for
£1,300 to Philip Daubeny, Vice President of the National Canine Defence
league, following the recent success of the Pierson Stewart & Partners sponsored
dog walk.
One hundred enthusiastic dog walkers took part in the Pierson Stewart &
Partners sponsored Dog Walk to raise money for the National Canine Defence League.
Lesley Hallett of Northiam earned the top prize for raising £270 for the
NCDL and was invited to the cheque presentation along with her walking partner
Pickles.
John Sauvage explained, We are delighted to have raised so much money
for the NCDL, the sponsored walk exceeded all our expectations and exceeded
all our expectations and provided us with a fun opportunity to meet clients
informally.
John Sauvage is well known as a canine cardiac referral surgeon, having successfully
fitted a number of dogs with pacemakers and he now writes a regular vets
column in the Daily Mail.
