Practice walk benefits NCDL

JOHN SAUVAGE of Pierson Stewart & Partners recently presented a cheque for £1,300 to Philip Daubeny, Vice President of the National Canine Defence league, following the recent success of the Pierson Stewart & Partners sponsored dog walk.

One hundred enthusiastic dog walkers took part in the Pierson Stewart & Partners sponsored Dog Walk to raise money for the National Canine Defence League. Lesley Hallett of Northiam earned the top prize for raising £270 for the NCDL and was invited to the cheque presentation along with her walking partner “Pickles”.

John Sauvage explained, “We are delighted to have raised so much money for the NCDL, the sponsored walk exceeded all our expectations and exceeded all our expectations and provided us with a fun opportunity to meet clients informally”.

John Sauvage is well known as a canine cardiac referral surgeon, having successfully fitted a number of dogs with pacemakers and he now writes a regular vet’s column in the Daily Mail.
