Obituary - Mr Tom Lam
I was very sorry to hear of the death of Tom Lam of the Lamsgrove affix who
passed away on Sunday 8th July.
Both Tom and his wife Eva were born to love dogs, Toms parents owning
Pekingese and Evas parents owned Bulldogs. Tom with his wife Eva were
the longest serving members of the Maltese Club having been members for 50 years.
Maltese with their affix were exhibited in many countries including Italy, Germay
and America as well as in this country.
Tom and Eva started married life owning Yorkshire Terriers before becoming owners
and exhibitors of Maltese. It would have been Toms 89th birthday on the
18th of this month.
The crematorium service will be held on Monday 16th July at Mansfield crematorium
at 2.45pm. Eva has requested no flowers but donations to the John Eastwood Hospice
would be very welcome.
To Eva and daughter Avis go the thoughts of your many friends.
