Dogs offer puppy love
IT WAS larger than
life puppy love for Rebecca Gapes from Ilford when she met the best-groomed guide
dogs at Crufts.
The larger-than-life pups costume characters were meeting youngsters to bark about
The Guide Dogs for the Blind Associations childrens Pups Club.
Prince, Penny, Pippa, Paddy and Peds offered a tail wagging welcome to everyone
visiting the charitys exciting exhibition stand, with its interactive games
and information displays.
The stand was also packed with real guide dogs, puppies and some rare breeds,
including a giant Leonberger.
Children can follow in the steps of pop stars Atomic Kitten who recently joined
Guide Dogs Pups Club. The latest edition of the popular Pups magazine includes
an opportunity to win a compact disc of the chart topping girl band. Atomic Kitten
are the latest celebrities to appear in Pups, with previous guest appearances
made by H from Steps and Stephen Gately.
For £9.95 a year, members of Pups Club receive copies of the Pups magazine
four times a year, as well as a Pups passport, a credit card style
membership card, pen, notebook and a Pups postcard of the cutest dog imaginable.
