FMD: Urgent appeal to all veterinary surgeons and livestock valuers / auctioneers

Due to the increasing severity of the Foot and Mouth Disease outbreak, the Countryside Alliance is tonight appealing urgently and directly to our supporters for Veterinary Surgeons and Livestock Valuers/Auctioneers who are prepared to offer their services to MAFF.

We understand that there is a particular need for their services in Cumbria, and we would be delighted to hear from qualified persons, whether active or perhaps retired, who are willing and able to act in that area.
