NCDL re-launch 'Give a dog a life' campaign

BBC Wales Today presenter Sian Lloyd poses with rescue dog Scruff at the recent re-launch of the NCDL’s ‘Give a Dog a Life’ campaign in Wales. Sian appeared on the second day of the charity’s Swansea microchipping roadshow. After its four day tour of Swansea the roadshow will travel across Wales.
