is Westminster’s Top Dog?
The
winner of this years Westminster Dog of the Year competition is Puffin,
a Jack Russell owned by Lord Lucas.
Puffin
beat off stiff competition from 10 other parliamentary pooches to become
this year’s top dog, taking over the prestigious title from Zak, a Greyhound
belonging to Lord Lipsey.

Lord
Lucas of Crudwell (Con) with Puffin the female Lucas terrier (aged 2),
winner of Westminster Dog of the Year 2001.
