At its meeting on September 4th 2001, the General Committee reviewed the status of the above Club and the following decisions were reached:

1. The Championship Show licence for 2002 was withdrawn and the Club was granted an Open Show licence in 2002.

2. The granting of a Championship Show licence for 2003 would depend on a satisfactory report of the 2002 Open Show

3. The Club will remain under close scrutiny and any further concerns will be reported to the General Committee.

4. The Club is required to submit copies of its committee meeting minutes until further notice.
