DISCOVER
FOR yourself the work of ‘Dogs for the Disabled’ at this year’s Discover
Dogs in London on Saturday and Sunday, 3 and 4 November. The show is at
Earl’s Court and open from 10am until 6pm on both days.
Come
and say hello to the dogs for the Disabled clients, patrons and friends
who will be on hand at stand 92 to welcome you and let you see at first
hand how much difference a dog can make to the life of a disabled person.
A
huge fundraising raffle with a range of exciting prizes is the centrepiece
of the Dogs for the Disabled stand this year.
About the charity
Since
starting in 1986, dogs for the Disabled has ben professionally trainin
dogs to be able to help a human partner to live a fuller, more indpeendnt
life.

“Dogs for the Disabled has trained over 200 dogs to carry out practical
tasks, giving people with disabilities an enhanced quality of life. Many
more people could benefit from a partnership with a dog to help them increase
their independence and live life to the full,” says Peter Gorbing, Dogs
for the Disabled Chief Executive.
