‘SCRATCH’ the cat and ‘Sniff’ the dog, two animal character badges created by The Blue Cross, will be offered to UK veterinary surgeries this September with the help of the veterinary wholesale Genusxpress.

Scratch and Sniff represent the many thousands of animals that are given veterinary care and new homes each year by The Blue Cross. The charity is appealing to all UK veterinary surgeries to help raise money for their work by taking boxed sets of the badges. The badges are available to the public at a suggested donation of £1 per badge.

Corporate Fundraiser at the Blue Cross, Vanessa Rossiter said: “These badges are full of character and we’re confident they will be a winner with both pet owners and veterinary staff alike. We hope that thousands of pounds will be donated in return for the badges with all money raised going directly to the animal in our care”.

Worthy cause

The badges will be distributed by Genusxpress on behalf of the charity.
