KC reviews club suspensions


WHWT Club of Wales

At its meeting on 16 April 2002 the General Committee reviewed the suspension of the West Highland White Terrier Club of Wales. It was agreed that the Club would be reinstated onto the register with immediate effect and the following directives were issued:

a. That a further review would be undertaken should the Club be unable to maintain its stability.
b. That the Club is required to submit minutes of committee meetings until further notice.
c. That the Club is required to submit Annual Returns forthwith.
d. That the Club is not permitted to apply for any show licences until a further review has taken place, in November 2002.

Grand Bleu de Gascogne Club

At its meeting on 16 April 2002 the General Committee reviewed the suspension of the Grand Bleu de Gascogne Club. It was agreed that the Club would be reinstated onto the register with immediate effect, and the following directives were issued:

a. That a further review would be undertaken should the Club be unable to maintain its stability.
b. That the Club is required to submit minutes of committee meetings until further notice.
