NCDL Chairman steps down


NATIONAL CANINE Defence League Chairman Mr Phillip Prain has retired after six years in the chair.

Mr Prain, an avid dog lover and owner of ‘Beano’, has overseen many changes during his time and will still be actively involved as a Council member.

At the 2002 AGM Mr Phillip Daubeny, Vice Chairman, was voted in as the replacement for Mr Prain.
