THE NEWHAM Animal Welfare Service have picked up an English Springer Spaniel in East Ham, London. He is described as being an entire male, liver and white heavily spotted around muzzle, smooth coat with classic feathering, large liver patch in middle of back and second large patch on rump, undocked, approximately 1-2 years of age.
