The initial assessment was carried out by assessors who visited the CCS offices on 30 October, and were quite clear that the Kennel Club was a worthy winner. In the conclusion it was stated that the CCS department "well deserves its Recognition as an Investor in People. Excellent!" Remarkable progress On
the Kennel Clubs tremendous win, Judges on the night said,
"Having re-located the major part of its operations from
London to Aylesbury, and employed a lot of new staff locally,
the Kennel Club has made remarkable progress in a short period

and by their outstanding induction and training programmes which
are ensuring that the company objectives are being achieved.
