At its meeting, on 8 January 2002, the KC General Committee appointed Mrs Rosemary Smart as Deputy Chief Executive with immediate effect and further confirmed that Mrs Smart will assume responsibilty as Chief Executive when Mr Roger French leaves the Kennel Club later this year.
