Photo by Vince Hogan l The Kennel Club has announced the promotion of two well known and long serving members of staff to Executive Roles. Vanessa McAlpine (left) and Helen Pollitt will join The Kennel Club’s Executive Team with immediate effect as Events and Education Executive and Marketing and Business Development Executive respectively.

Vanessa will be responsible for Kennel Club’s events and particularly, Crufts as its Show Manager and educational projects such as Young Kennel Club, Good Citizen Dog Scheme and the Dog Training Accreditation Scheme.

Helen will be responsible for directing and executing the marketing strategy of the club across all sectors of the world of dogs and will work closely with the Board of Kennel Club Services Ltd in the development of new business opportunities to further enable The Kennel Club to promote the dog both within the sport and specialist world and the broader community.
