Sammy on track

A THIRTEEN year old boy from Kent has cashed in his TESSA account to buy a racing Greyhound.

Sammy Supple, whose father opened the account for him as a baby, named the Greyhound Goodbye Tessa, and has already seen her win two out of her first three races.

Sammy trained Tessa, who he purchased for £500, in his back garden and the first two outings have won him over £100.

The schoolboy has also spent much of his pocket money on feeding her the correct diet and he trained her in his back garden pretending to be the hare himself!

Sammy decided that he didn’t want to have Tessa trained professionally, and his dedication certainly seems to be paying off.
