Daylight raiders steal 10 week old Dalmatian puppy

A GANG of garden equipment thieves carried out a daylight raid at a thatched cottage on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, and stole a 10-week-old Dalmatian puppy from the garden.

Brown Betty, a liver Dalmatian bitch puppy, was in a safe puppy pen when Cathy McCarthy went to buy milk and newspapers. When she returned an hour later the garage had been opened and tools plus a new rideon mower had been stolen. Then Cathy found that her puppy was also missing. The puppy’s mother Sadie is now pining for her and Cathy has offered a reward for her safe return.

Information please to 01296 712343.

The police believe that the gang, who used a van or a truck to carry the goods away, must have seen Cathy leaving the house to the shops and back. She can be identified by both her spots and by DNA.

For further information tel John McCarthy 0207 323 0422.
