Oscar the car-driving mongrel!

Oscar, mentioned recently in connection with his displays to raise money for the RSPCA branches for Blackpool And North Lancashire and West Cumbria will be opening the Jubilee Street Party on the famous Lord Street in his home town of Southport on Sunday 2nd June. He will, of course, be using his canon.
