Mrs Audrey Dallison
~ a tribute

Audrey Dallison of the Gosmore prefix has passed away at the age of 87.

In the sixties and seventies she was very much to the fore with Scotties and mostly bred by the Punton family, her dogs were always handled by Vince Mitchell and took a couple if my memory serves me right to Dog of the Year all breeds. Lately I believe she had shown Maltese although at one time was famous also in Wire Fox Terriers and min Schnauzers. She did not suffer fools gladly.

When my Ch Glenecker Golden Nob was poisoned at Chester I said I would never go to a show again let alone show a dog and it was Audrey who persuaded me to carry on. She said one always had to think of happier times and there have been many over the last 35 years. Thank you Audrey.
