ACTRESS SUSAN George and her husband, actor Simon McCorkindale - currently appearing on tv screens in ‘Casualty’ - have launched ‘Unconditional Love’ - the Pets As Therapy rose.
It is hoped the new rose will raise funds for the Pets As Therapy charity.

This is a rose for all gardens, a wonderful yellow floribunda, flowering abundantly with fantastic mid green foliage and a beautiful scent. ‘Unconditional Love’ - the Pets As Therapy rose is supplied in packs of two at a cost of £15 plus p & p. Every pack purchased will ensure a donation of £5 to Pets As Therapy.

Susan George writes: ‘Unconditional Love’ is a vibrant gold yellow rose whose scent is both subtle and intoxicating, reminding me of the old fashioned roses that used to grow, in abundance, in my family garden. My mother was the great rose grower and our favourite was over an old woody tree full to the brim of ‘Queen Elizabeths’, pink in colour, rich in perfume. To me there wasn’t a new rose of its kind, now there is ‘Unconditional Love’.
