Manchester Dogs’ Home plans Open Day

Manchester Dogs’ Home will be holding its Open Day on 15th September 2002.

The public are welcome to visit the Home and have a look around our facilities such as our kennels, operating surgery and pets’ cemetery.

Come and join in the celebration. Refreshments will be available plus many stalls selling jewellery, books, plants, cakes, bric-a-brac. There will also be a band, Tombola and raffles.

The children can also have their faces painted.

Most important of all, our kennels will be open for rehoming dogs in need of a loving home. There are over 200 dogs looking for a home!

We hope you will come and join in the fun and maybe find your new “Best Friend”. The Home will be open from 1.00pm until 4.00pm.

The Manchester Dogs’ Home is situated approximately 21/2 miles from Manchester City Centre at Crofter’s House, Moss Brook Road, Harperhey, Manchester M9 5PG. Tel: 0161-205 2874.
