NORTH SHORE Animal League International is hosting its eighth Pet Adoptathon on May 3rd and 4th. Thousands of animal welfare organisations from all over the world, including the Manchester and District Home for Lost Dogs, will be taking part in this life-saving event.

This year’s Pet Adoptathon is also being launched on the internet.

For the first time, the general public will be able to view photos and read about animals at various shelters around the UK by visiting www.petadoptathon.org.uk as well as a view a list of other participating shelters.

For those who do not have access to the internet, our Adoptathon hotline 0870 150 50 61 is open all year round and is able to give out telephone numbers of their nearest shelters.
