Milena - no longer the rarest breed in Britain!

Milena, the first, and until last month, the only Cirneco dell'Etna made the news at Crufts this year on the Cirneco breed stand of Discover Dogs as the ‘rarest’ dog at the show.

But no longer! She has been joined by lovely Sicilian born Rosy, who was brought to Britain at the beginning of July by Milena's breeders, also the breeders of this litter, Jane Moore and Domenico Tricomi. On the last day of July, Rosy whelped five pups - the first litter of the breed in Britain. The litter was whelped at Bristol by Melina's owners Maureen and Marina Foley of the Tamilay affix.
