The NCDL has undertaken the first stage of the largest ever nationwide campaign to encourage dog owners to get their dogs neutered.
The charity distributed its eye-catching OAP bus pass flyers to nearly two million low income households across the north east and north west of England, Wales and Northern Ireland, the four areas targeted for the neutering campaign. This drop is the first in a series of four, with the others scheduled to go out in September, November and January 2004, promoting the NCDL subsidised neutering scheme.
The leaflets also carry a free prize draw offering the chance to win £1000 in each region.
The prizes have kindly been donated by PetPlan and the draws will take place in May 2004 at the end of the campaign.
