is on for the country's unluckiest dog

Only
a few of the nation's top dogs are lucky enough to be named
best of breed at Crufts.
To coincide with the worlds greatest dog show, leading pet insurer
MORE TH>N
and Our Dogs magazine are joining forces to find the country's
unluckiest dog.
All
dog owners are invited to take part in an online survey on www.ourdogs.co.uk.
Each
questionnaire completed by owners will automatically be entered
into a prize draw to win one of five MORE TH>N pet insurance
polices to cover their dog's bad luck for a whole year!* And
in addition, winners will also receive special goody bags from
Our Dogs.
The
results of the survey will be published shortly after Crufts
when amongst other things owners will be able to discover if
their dog is a lucky or unlucky breed. The survey will also
reveal some of the more unusual antics that our canine friends
get up to! There will probably be a few stories to serve as
a reminder of the importance of pet insurance - like the case
of Mutley, a Border Terrier whose owners recently received £700
from MORE TH>N after he accidentally swallowed a cassette
tape.
Information
on pet insurance from MORE TH>N (vital for those unlucky
dogs!) is available by logging on to www.morethan.com/pet or
by calling 0800 300 885 between 7am and 11pm, Monday to Saturday
and from 9am to 5pm on Sunday. MORE TH>N is currently offering
one months free cover to people buying pet insurance over the
phone and two months free cover to those buying online. Unlike
most other most other insurers there is no upper age limit on
pets that the company will insure.
