trade stands at SWKA
There
will be space for more trade stands at the South Wales Kennel
Association Championship Show in 2003 at its new venue The Wales
& West Showground, Gwernesney, Nr Usk, Monmouthshire.
The Wales & West Showground lies immediately adjacent to
the A449 dual carriageway which links the M4 at Newport to the
M50 at Ross-On-Wye via the A40. Approximate distances are: M4
- 9 miles, M50 - 24 miles, Newport - 12 miles, Cardiff - 25
miles, Bristol - 30 miles. The Showground is therefore easily
accessible from the major population centres of south east Wales,
the West Midlands and West Country as well as the local towns:-
Usk - 2 miles, Monmouth - 12 miles, Abergavenny - 15 miles,
Chepstow & Caldicot - 10 miles and Cwmbran - 12 miles. With
the additional space available it is hoped that the new venue
will attract more exhibitors and more spectators from the surrounding
towns.
Priority will be given to those stands that have attended the
show in the past and application forms will be sent to those
companies first. Stand space will then be allocated to other
applicants as required. Would other interested stand holders
therefore please apply in writing to the Secretary Mrs Isobell
J Dyke, 85 Ty-Glas Road, Llanishen, Cardiff CF14 5ED giving
details of the products offered, the foot frontage and depth
required as soon as possible. Those companies who have already
applied need not do so again.
