roadshow dates
The renowned Essex Dog Display Team have their mobile Responsible
Dog Owners’ Exhibition in the following towns, before they
start their countrywide tour later in the year.
Chelmsford Town Centre on Saturday 8th March Romford Town Centre
on Saturday 15th March
Basildon Town Centre on Saturday 22nd March
Several other dates are currently under discussion for Lakeside
Shopping Centre, Harlow Town Centre and Epping town centre.
The roadshow, which has been running for many years, is about
education. At each Town Centre venue, many thousands of people
have the opportunity to meet the dogs and handlers from the team,
with this static display. Leaflets and samples are given to the
public, along with advice about worming, feeding, toilet training,
training and behavioural problems.
The roadshow, is different to the Display Teams normal action
packed display that are staged at major venues throughout the
country each year.
The team, all volunteers, are currently looking for a sponsor
for the roadshow which guarantees a great deal of publicity for
the sponsor.
