police dog recovers loot
ONE OF the newest recruits to Exeter Police has shown he is
already living up to his name.
Six-month old GSD ‘Taggart’ was out with his puppy
walker Dave Archer in Heavitree Park, Exeter, when he found
some stolen property in a bush.
"I was throwing his toy when he suddenly sped off. The
next thing I knew he had uncovered a jewellery box, and identity
card, a purse and some clothes," said Dave.
Dog trainer Tony Jordan said "He's obviously got a keen
nose for the job and worthy of any investigator's name."
