The Disciplinary Sub Committee (Scotland) will meet on Monday, 22nd December 2003 at The Scottish Kennel Club, Eskmills Park, Station Road, Musselburgh at 11.00 am to consider a complaint brought by Mr & Mrs J Irvine against Mr J White.

The complaint concerns the allegation that on Saturday, 17th May 2003 at approximately 12 noon at the Clyde Valley German Shepherd Dog club Open Show, Mr. White used abusive language to Mrs. Irvine when asked to leave the judging ring. Mr. White then challenged Mr. Irvine to fight when instructed to leave the ring.
