Indulge in retail therapy and raise funds
for needy animals with the Blue Cross

ANIMAL LOVERS are being invited to do their Christmas shopping at The Blue Cross Christmas bazaar at its head office on Shilton Road in Burford, Oxfordshire, on Saturday November 15, and help raise funds for animals in need.

Visitors to the bazaar, which starts at 10am and finishes at 2pm, will be able to buy their Christmas presents from a variety of stalls selling bric-a-brac, homemade cakes, books, toys and Blue Cross Christmas gift ideas. A special raffle for a Christmas hamper will also be open to shoppers.

Younger visitors need not feel left out, as they can look forward to a free visit to Santa’s Grotto and will also be invited to visit the animals in the Blue Cross adoption centre.

Heather Collin, fundraising officer at The Blue Cross, said, ‘The Blue Cross Christmas Bazaar is a great opportunity to make a start on your Christmas shopping, and buy some charity Christmas cards. All the money raised will go towards buying treats and toys for the animals in Blue Cross rehoming centres over Christmas time.’

The Blue Cross is looking for donations of saleable good such as cakes, bottles, and bric-a-brac for the bazaar. Donations can be delivered to the head office on Shilton Rd, Burford.
