The United Counties Agricultural & Hunters Society in West Wales are staging their first Pet & Equine weekend on 15/16th November 2003. At this event will be a first for Wales with a display of Canine Freestyle - dancing with dogs. The Society have a number of top names joining then and will also be hosting agility displays and a companion dog show. Fly-ball and sheep dog displays will also be demonstrated along with the opportunity for anyone to come along and have a go competitions for obedience and agility. As a registered charity here in Carmarthen, the organisers hope that this will become an annual event and being totally undercover, will draw in as many people as possible to enjoy these doggy activities. There is a foal & yearling show taking place and 'Pet Village' with trade stands. Tickets start at £3.50 for one day or £5.00 per weekend. Contact Jackie Keen, Show Administrator on 01267 232141.
