AN ENGLISH Toy Terrier is feared stolen following a break in at his owners’ home in Greystones, County Wicklow.

The four year old male, known as ‘Tangle’, disappeared from the home of Mrs Mary Sutton three weeks ago during what appears to be a spate of dog thefts throughout the south of Ireland.

Enquiries suggest that travellers may have been in the area at the time of the dog’s disappearance, raising the possibility he may be many miles away or even on the mainland.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Mrs Sutton on 01287 4183 and all dog owners are advised to be especially vigilant.
