A POLICE dog handler is being investigated by the RSPCA after his Cocker Spaniel puppy was found dead after allegedly being left in a car on a hot day in July at the Metropolitan Police Dog Training School in Keston, Kent. The pair were about to start training there. The PC has been placed on 'restricted duties' while enquiries take place.
