THIS YEAR’S Contest of Champions has raised the sum of £12,000 on behalf of the Canine Supporters’ Charity.

The beneficiaries are PDSA £4000, A Dog’s Life £3000, Happy Landings Animal Sanctuary £1500, Rottweiler Welfare Association £1500, Staffordshire Bull Terrier Rescue (E & W Sussex) £1500 and the Kennel Club Charitable Trust £500.

The cheque presentations will be made at Windsor Championship Show on Friday 2 July at 12 noon on the Royal Canin trade stand.

Next year’s Contest of Champions will be held on Saturday, April 2 at the Thistle Hotel, Heathrow.
