on the heels of Christie's King Street Sporting Sale, it is
now the turn of Christie's South Kensington saleroom to hold
its own Sporting Art and Dogs genre sale on June 10th., writes

Whereas King Street concentrates in the upper end of the market,
achieving a world record for a John Emms painting in May at
£397,250, the South Kensington sale has items with estimates
starting from just a few hundred pounds. Viewing will take
place on the days leading up to the sale and printed catalogues
