The deadline for returning questionnaires has extended until the end of May. Every form returned adds to the value of the information that breeds will get back from the survey.

Information on healthy dogs is just as important as information on diseases. If forms have been accidently lost or destroyed, duplicates can be obtained from the breed clubs that originally issued them or from the Health & Info Dept at the KC.
