The spring Breed Records Supplement show that in the first quarter of this year there has been a continuation of the upward trend in registrations experienced last year.

The increase for this quarter has, however, been favourably affected by the greater number of days available for processing this year against last. The like-for-like increase is actually nearer to 9% but is still a significant rise.
