Darlington Chairman Maureen Hennis seen with the Mayor of Darlington Cllr Roderick Francis after he had officially opened the show.

This was to be Maureen’s last show as Chairman because she has now decided to step down after eight years in the office and 36 years on the society’s committee.

She is to continue her work as a Director of the Pets As Therapy charity
