IN HER column this week Mrs Peggy Grayson has announced her retirement from the judging ring.

Next year it will be 50 years since she awarded her first set of Challenge Certificates and 63 since she judged her first show.

‘It seems a good time to hand up my judge’s badge,’ says Peggy, ‘I retired from the overseas scene three years ago and open shows in 2000, next year when I have completed my engagements I am retiring from judging the rest.’

She hopes to devote more time to her writing and enjoying shows and will continue her weekly column in OUR DOGS.
