Companion Show planned in aid of WAG

A Companion Dog Show will be hosted by Catrine Canine Club on Sunday 8th May in aid of registered charity W.A.G, Waterside Action Group.

W.A.G do a considerable amount of work to combat the increased trade in puppies that has risen dramatically over the past few years. This trading causes much distress for the bitches and puppies involved and W.A.G continue tirelessly in their efforts to stop the misery suffered by these animals.

The Companion Dog Show, ‘W.A.G Day’, will be held at Jamieson Park, Newmilns, Ayrshire with visitors welcome from 11am. A fantastic opportunity for a fun family day out, there will be 14 Breed and Obedience classes from 12.30pm followed by 6 novelty classes such as most ‘waggie’ tail, open to all dogs. In addition, there will be a car boot sale, various stalls and a bouncy castle to keep the kids busy!

All proceeds will go towards putting a stop to puppy farming and your support is needed so take your friends and family and enjoy.
