Most people are aware of the very valuable work of the Pets As Therapy Charity by taking registered PAT Dogs into Hospitals, Hospices, Residential and Nursing Homes, Day Care Centres, Special Needs Schools etc..

Before registration every P.A.T. dog is assessed for temperament by a trained Temperament Assessor. The training of these assessors consists of a half day course. The next course is to take place on Sunday 8th May at The Orchards Dog Training Centre at Banbury in Oxfordshire. There are still a few places left on the course.
