'Pickle', Alvin Stardust and 'Taffy'

To kick-off the London Tour of North Shore Animal League International's 2005 Tour for Life, Purina Petcare presents Chitty Chitty Bang Bang's four-legged cast members with a gift in appreciation of lending their free time to help promote the re-homing of their less fortunate friends living in shelters and rescue centres.

Two-legged cast members Brian Conley, Alvin Stardust, Tony Adams, Jo Gibb and Carrie Sutton also lent their support to spotlight animal shelters as the best places to adopt wonderful lifetime companions. The event took place at the London Palladium Theatre as part of the global effort which came to London for the first time.
