Battersea Dogs & Cats Home is inviting dog and cat lovers to join them at their Annual Christmas Reception, held at The Long Gallery, Lancaster House. At a venue steeped in history, guests will have a chance to marvel at the glamorous Long Gallery; usually closed to the public and originally commissioned by the grand old Duke of York.

Guests will have a rare opportunity to meet the many Battersea dogs currently awaiting new homes, plus they'll be able to take their chances at winning a fantastic holiday. Up for grabs at this year's raffle is a seven night luxury accommodation break at Huvafen Fushi in the Maldives, three nights bed and breakfast for two at Badrutt's Palace Hotel in St Moritz, Switzerland, and a weekend stay at Grand Hotel Palazzo della Fonte in Fiuggi, Italy.
