PAT Dogs walk proves great success!

Seventy five dogs of all shapes & sizes took part in a special sponsored dog walk in aid of Pets As Therapy at the lovely Ditchley Park, Enstone, Chipping Norton recently.

Over 150 family and friends accompanied the dogs on the walk which was started off by David Cameron M.P. for Witney, ably assisted by his daughter Nancy on her first constituency engagement!

Over £2,683 was raised and walk organiser Jenny Orchard said "I am absolutely delighted such an amount was raised by the residents of Oxfordshire who support Pets As Therapy, but then they appreciate the benefits of dog ownership and how much the visits of PAT dogs mean to all those people in hospitals, hospices, residential homes, special needs schools etc."

All funds raised by the walk will be used to ensure the continuance of the service provided by Pets As Therapy in the community.
