Resolutions TO remove Mr Richard Hallam as Chairman of the Coton du Tulear Club of the UK and to expel him as a member were passed unanimously at a Special General Meeting of the Club held on Sunday February 27 following a requisition rom fifteen members of the Club. The Club’s AGM will take place on 9th April when a new Chairman will be formally elected.
