On the Our Dogs stand at Seville, our Managing Director Vince Hogan meets Max,
the BIS winner from the National Show on Day one,
together with his co-owners Antonio and Ramiro from Barcelona
THE NATIONAL and International Shows of Seville took place last weekend on the purpose-built showground at Alcala de Guidaira in unseasonal cold weather. Exhibitors travelling on the motorway actually had to contend with heavy snow.
However, all was well on the showground where on day one a Pomeranian went BIS under Dan Ericcson from Sweden and on Sunday, Thomas Jakkel from Hungary, put up the Dogo Argentina for BIS of the International Event.
Super BIS (a choice of the two winners) was decided by the UK’s Brenda Banbury and the supreme award went to the Pomeranian Powerpom Maxmillion – pet name Max – owned by Antonio Torres and Ramiro Parrilla from Barcelona. This was Max’s fourth BIS win.
A full report and photos by Vince Hogan and David Clark will appear in an issue after Crufts.
