Terriers stolen

TWO BORDER Terrier puppies have been stolen from their home in West View Cottages in Skelton, Goole last Tuesday.

It is believed that two teenage boys grabbed Poppy and Inky, aged two and four months, from the driveway of their home.

They were seen running to a waiting red Nissan pick-up truck, being driven by a man with a ginger-coloured beard. The boy is described as having short, straight brown hair and aged 14 to 16.

Poppy is a rustic-coloured bitch with a brown leather collar and a bronze name tag. Inky is a black dog with brown legs and a small white patch on his chest.

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information about the dogs' whereabouts to contact them.
